We Are Atos
At Atos, we recognise how important our people are and we acknowledge and support what is important to them.
The moments that Matter
The objective of We Are Atos is to provide a home and to showcase and acknowledge our people who are involved in a whole range of initiatives such as our Diversity Networks, our gatherings and conferences, charity challenges, celebrations and many other fantastic activities. It also highlights policies and behaviours that we see as important such as public services pledge and gender pay gap. Latest news from all these areas will also be available from these pages.
Diversity & Inclusion
We are 100% committed to being an inclusive employer. All employees at Atos take personal responsibility for inclusivity which not only underpins our business decisions, but is essential to our growth ambitions. We believe that how we attract, hire, and support every individual at Atos – in the spirit of togetherness – will be what truly make us a great and exciting place to work.
The Atos Diversity Networks support our goals by recognising, developing and raising awareness around diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Click on the images below for further information on each diversity network.
Our aim is to make Atos a great place to work and to be recognised as a business that contributes positively towards society and the environment. We are committed to supporting charities to raise awareness and offer match funding where we can.
