Our ambition is to help disadvantaged and underrepresented communities integrate into society.
Our aim is to make Atos a great place to work and to be recognised as a business that contributes positively towards society and the environment.
We are aiming to achieve this by:
Leveraging our core capabilities and strengths, as well as those of our clients, to address societal challenges.
By providing learning and volunteering opportunities to our employees, enhancing their experience and offering an additional sense of purpose.
Supporting charities to raise awareness and offer match funding where we can.
Atos in the Community
Atos understands that our employees want to make a difference, and it’s important to us as an ethical employer that we give them the chance to have a positive impact on our society. We actively encourage our employees to participate in fundraising and volunteering activities, through paid time off for volunteering and in their own time. In 2020,
Atos in the Community was launched to support with matching employees with opportunities to make a difference. The programme promotes exciting volunteering opportunities and fundraising events whilst also celebrating successes, ensuring that the great work done by our employees is recognised. We believe that celebrating the outstanding and generous work that our employees do in and for the community is one of the many ways we keep social value at the heart of our culture.
