Atos receives UK Disability Confident Leader certificate

London, 25 June 2021 – Atos UK and Ireland has received the highest level of government recognition as a disability inclusive employer by being named as a Disability Confident Leader.

Previously recognised as a Disability Confident Employer, the endorsement is continuing acknowledgment of the company’s journey towards ensuring disabled people have the opportunities to fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations.

Recent positive action taken by Atos includes the education of employees on disabilities including accessibility, updated induction materials, dedicated HR community training and development of a number of recruitment paths that are dedicated to supporting the employment of people with disabilities.

Atos is particularly grateful to the dedicated volunteers within its Disability Employee Network group Adapt who have helped on this journey to be a more inclusive employer for people with disabilities.
