Change the Race Ratio

Accelerating racial and ethnic diversity in our business

Change the Race Ratio

What is Change the Race Ratio?

Joining with organisations across the UK, the CBI has set up the Change the Race Ratio campaign to encourage British businesses to set and publish clear targets to drive ethnic diversity in their organisations at board and senior leadership levels.

Atos has signed the Change the Race Ratio Charter

Atos became an early signatory of the charter in November 2020. Organisations have to commit to four tasks, all of which Atos is already seeing success in, thanks to our continued focus on racial diversity and our ethnicity action pledge.

What are the four key commitments to Change the Race Ratio?

  1. Increase racial and ethnic diversity amongst our board members
  2. Increase racial and ethnic diversity in senior leadership
  3. Be transparent on targets and actions
  4. Create an inclusive culture in which talent from all diversities can thrive
