Atos modern slavery statement – Year Ending 2019
This statement has been published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps that Atos IT Services UK Limited and other relevant group companies1 (“Atos”) have taken during the year ending 31 December 2019 to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in their supply chains and in any parts of their business.
Diversity Pay Gap report
This report provides details of Atos’ Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap. The report has been published in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, which impose obligations on employers with 250 or more employees to publish information relating to the gender pay gap in their organisation.

This Statement of Investment Principles (the “Statement”) sets down the Principles governing Atos Pension Schemes Limited (“the Trustee”) in relation to the investment of the Atos UK 2019 Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) to meet the requirement of the Pensions Act 1995 as amended (the “Act”) and subsequent legislation including the Pensions Act 2004 and the Occupational Pension Scheme (Investment) Regulations 2005, as amended.
