Digital Vision for Energy and Utilities animation: Powering a new era
Today’s energy and utilities companies are witnessing enormous change. Market dynamics, new energy sources and the rapid emergence of innovative technologies are disrupting the landscape. Yet while these shifts bring huge demands, there are also major opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Our Digital Vision for Energy and Utilities explores how companies can harness digital technologies to better understand their customers, achieve operational excellence and become key players in connected ecosystems in which businesses and citizens can thrive.
As part of its wider digital banking strategy Ulster Bank has embraced the use of artificial intelligence (AI) – one poignant initiative being the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with Atos. The world’s first installation of Salesforce Einstein AI technology extends the Banks CRM functionality to deliver a data driven approach to meeting customer needs. The AI component will empower Ulster Bank with accurate, timely and relevant customer data to enhance the bank’s digital journey.
Atos and Ulster University have a strategic partnership that acts as a catalyst for employee development and ensures the evolution of Customer Experience (CX).
The collaboration, understood to be the first of its kind, will see 180 UK and Ireland based Atos Customer Experience (CX) Academy staff study a bespoke Advanced Diploma programme with Ulster University, focused on creating the work place of the future.
Michael McQuillian, Director of the Business Institute at Ulster University Business School said: “At Ulster University, we operate under the mantra with our learners that we want to deliver impact. Impact for the individuals, for the clients and organisations that they work with and for the communities that they serve. In Atos, we have found an organisation that shares these values, in everything they do, they live out these values”
