What are we looking for?

You’ll need a minimum of five GCSEs / Scottish National 5’s or equivalent at A-C grade  (including Maths and English) for all schemes, plus  two A levels for our level 4 schemes. A strong interest in IT is essential – but we’ll train you in everything you need to know, so you won’t necessarily need to have any technical expertise if you’re looking at one of our more business-oriented roles.

We’re most interested in passionate people who are great team players, committed to solving problems and making things better – even without being asked. If you’re not afraid to make mistakes and ready to rise to the challenge of an amazing career, then what we’re looking for is you.

What is the closing date for applications?

For our application closing dates, please visit our apply page. We recommend applying – our popular schemes fill up fast! Our assessment centres occur throughout the year and we may start to fill roles before the closing date.

What does the recruitment process involve?

First, you’ll need to submit your application. If you’re successful, we’ll call to prepare you for our online tests. These will test your deductive and verbal reasoning skills. If you pass this stage, you’ll be invited to a formal telephone interview with one of our recruiters. If we think you’ve got what we’re looking for, you’ll be invited to an assessment centre day, after which we’ll select our candidates for each role.

For more information on the process, and what you can do to succeed, visit our application process page.

Will there be any costs associated with becoming an apprentice?

One of the advantages of our Apprentice Schemes is that the cost of your training will be completely covered – you won’t be charged a penny – not even for books and materials! We’ll give you time away from the day job to attend your training and also reimburse you for any travel to a QA training centre.

When will I start?

Start dates vary according to which part of the business you join. Roles start as early as May 2017 with start dates happening throughout the year. Apply now  as spaces fill up quickly
