Atos voted a top five age-inclusive employer by Vercida
Global inclusion consultancy and talent attraction organisation Vercida Group recently published its top five age-inclusive employers of 2018. The Group, which specialises in diversity onboarding, leadership development programmes and creating inclusive work cultures, conducted research to find out how its clients are tackling age equality in the workplace. Atos came out as an impressive fourth for going the extra mile to ensure equality, opportunity and fair treatment for all, irrespective of their age.
We have been recognised as an employer that proactively encourages mature candidates to stay working within their businesses, with around a third of our staff aged between 50 and 64. David Haley, Senior Vice President of Business Transformation Services UK&I, said: “Experienced workers can teach important life skills to their younger counterparts. We often find they want to be valued, and ideally leave a legacy of knowledge and expertise to others, which is a win-win.”
