Fostering a supportive workplace – Introducing our new UK&I menopause policy

In celebration of World Menopause Day, Atos UK&I is proud to launch a new policy and guidance on menopause, underlining our commitment to providing an inclusive working environment for all employees.

Menopause and its potential impact can be a health taboo and not commonly discussed in the workplace. Atos is committed to supporting affected colleagues through these changes to allow them to be their best at work.

Within the We are Atos employee experience programme we have a focus on Wellbeing to foster a culture that supports a healthy work-life balance. Atos has teamed up with Henpicked, an expert in the field, to produce a comprehensive policy and guidance on menopause for employees but also for managers.

The new policy and guidance aims to signpost to the support and adjustments available. Atos aims to create a workplace where employees feel comfortable seeking support if they wish to do so, and managers feel confident discussing the topic.
