Together network hosts The Network of Networks breakfast meeting

The Together Network, with their aim to support discussions around diversity at a national level, has worked in partnership with The Network of Networks (TNON) to host a Diversity & Inclusion debate labelled “Network Resilience”. The debate asked the question as to whether diversity networks are dying. It was a great discussion taking place in Atos’ London office on Thursday 19 September and was supported by guest speakers from Business in the Community (BITC), Bloomberg and Morgan Stanley.

TNON is an organisation established by diversity leads across several organisations with the aim to bring diversity champions together. Today’s cohort involved a diverse pool of companies including PwC, National Rail and the BBC. The goal of TNON is to have this collective grow and address the issues faced by diversity leads across the UK, whilst passing the knowledge back into their respective organisations.

Kulveer Ranger, SVP Strategy and Communications UK&I and Exec Sponsor of Together Network, said: “Our Diversity Networks form a key part of We are Atos, as they are essential to develop a diverse workforce and inclusive culture within Atos. The collaboration with TNON provides a valuable platform in developing BAME networks as well as the opportunity to build relationships and share best practice within organisations. I am very proud of the outstanding contribution our Diversity Networks are making and to see how we can improve inclusion for the benefit of Atos employees.”
