On Tuesday 16 October, Anita Gray, AtosAspire Co-Chair and Grace Kingsbury, AtosAspire Network Lead, attended Atos’ first Gender Networks quarterly meet-up hosted by Investec, London. The session was a great chance for AtosAspire to meet gender network leads across various sectors who are all working on diversity and inclusion initiatives. AtosAspire’s network now spans across the 85 other member companies, including EY, Sky, Schroders and Deloitte.

AtosAspire recently joined the initiative which provides the network with a broader set of external connections, exclusive invitations to diversity and inclusion-focused events, and guidance on best practice in promoting a parity mindset in the workplace.

The event comprised of networking sessions as well as inspiring presentations by speakers, including Heather Melville OBE – Head of Business Inclusion Initiatives for Commercial and Private Banking, RBS, Ann Francke – Chief Executive, CMI, and Sherry Coutu CBE – Executive Chair, Founders4Schools.
