Having a gender balanced workforce is a crucial ambition for Atos. People diversity and inclusion is essential and will contribute to our company’s  long-term success.

AtosAspire is a determined group of employees – of all genders – who are striving to get “gender on the agenda” on a global scale.

AtosAspire exists to support Atos’ global ambition to become the employer of choice for technologists. We do this by focusing on attracting, recruiting and developing a high performing workforce, where those of all genders are able to fulfil their career aspirations. This will enable Atos to exceed in gender parity and achieve the diversity expectations of our clients, customers and their end users.

We have an active Champions group and our membership has steadily grown to over 700 members worldwide. The network is open to everyone and with initiatives such as sponsorship programs, webinars and monthly magazines, there is something for everyone to get involved in and make an impact.

I’m one of AtosAspire research leads where we look to drive discussion in the network by highlighting recent developments, academic papers or news articles tackling issues core to gender diversity. We’ve also recently started a podcast where we invite guest speakers to discuss some of the most interesting topics.

The right skill set – regardless of their ID tag gets the role.  My personal ambition is to empower and encourage women to step forward and take responsibility to enjoy career success in parallel with their male colleagues. Creating a balance is the key to successful business performance.   In turn, this then provides a fair cultural workplace where everyone can perform to their best potential. I want Atos to be recognised as an employer where people are attracted to, where people can be developed and experience a balance gender 21st century career journey.
