Atos UK&I hosts Million Makers Senior Leaders Event for The Prince’s Trust

Adrian Gregory, CEO UK and Ireland, and Million Makers Committee Chair hosted the Million Makers Senior Leaders Event on Wednesday 12 September at our UK&I headquarters in London.

This 2nd annual event is designed to encourage new organisations to enrol teams and share ideas about how they can do more to support The Prince’s Trust. The evening event gathered about 50 participants from a variety of leading businesses such as Marks & Spencer, Ascential and many more, who had the opportunity to hear from some exciting speakers including The Prince’s Trust CEO Nick Stace, Celebrity Ambassador Levi Roots, and participants from Million Makers.

Michelle Matthew-Ekuku, The Prince’s Trust Young Ambassador, also attended and spoke movingly about her personal journey and the support she had received from The Prince’s Trust to get her into work.

Adrian Gregory, said: “This event brought together various business organisations to inspire them to enrol teams as well as share ideas about how they can raise even more money for the Million Makers. It was great to have The Prince’s Trust Ambassador Levi Roots attend and hear about how he has gone from singing about his Reggae Reggae Sauce to becoming a successful entrepreneur who is proud about what he has achieved and how he inspires the people he employs, some of whom have come from The Prince’s Trust.”

Atos UK&I participates in four key initiatives for The Prince’s Trust: the annual Million Makers competition, the Palace-to-Palace cycle ride, the World of Work career days and “the Get Into…” training and recruitment programme. Atos UK&I has been supporting The Prince’s Trust since 2011 and last year Atos raised £270,000.
