Elie Girard – Where next for secure decarbonized digital? | Episode 7 – Digital Society Podcast
Former Atos’ Global Chief Executive, Elie Girard previously served as the company’s Deputy Chief Financial Officer, following spells at the telecoms giant Orange and the French Ministry for the Economy, Finance and Industry.
Having committed Atos to act as a leader in “secure, decarbonized digital services” at the outset of his tenure as Chief Executive, earlier this year Elie launched Atos’ industry leading “A to Zero” decarbonization portfolio.
In this episode of the podcast Elie explains why he chose to place digitally enabled decarbonization at the heart of his vision for Atos and what this has meant for the business’s customers.
In their discussion, Elie and Kulveer Ranger also explore what the next steps are for businesses as they accelerate their own net zero journeys and the key role digital has to play in enabling this.
