After first being elected in 2010, Nicky Morgan enjoyed a rapid rise to the top of Government, serving as Secretary of State for Education and later Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.
Since standing down from parliament at the 2019 General Election, Nicky Morgan has joined the House of Lords as Baroness Morgan of Cotes. As a member of the House of Lords she has worked with colleagues to examine the long-term implications of the coronavirus pandemic, as well as continuing to champion greater Digital Inclusion.
In their discussion, Nicky and Kulveer discuss how the Government’s approach to digital has changed, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on policy making and how policy makers can better equip individuals to succeed in an increasingly digital economy.
