Beeston Business Park is located adjacent to the Attenborough Nature Reserve and is within a short distance of both Junction 25 of the M1 and Nottingham City Centre. It benefits from a prominent location adjacent to Beeston station with its direct links to Nottingham, Derby and London St Pancras.
Beeston Business Park has been used for manufacturing purposes since the early 1900s when the National Telephone Company Ltd built a factory there. The site was owned and occupied by a succession of mainly telecoms/communications companies, including GEC and Plessey, until 1991, when Siemens plc took ownership. Other tenants on the site include Siemens, Ericsson, SMS Electronics and the SGCS Business Park amongst others.
The park has subsequently been sold and is now owned by HSI Active Property Fund which is part of the HSBC group.

The Trent Barton Bus service, number 18 route, stops on Queens Road, approximately 300 metres from the site entrance.
By Air
East Midlands Airport is situated close to Junction 24 of the M1. It is approximately 20 minutes drive from the Business Park.
