By Car
From the M6. Exit M6 at Junction 32 and join the M55. Continue on the M55 towards Blackpool, exit the M55 at Junction 4 and at the roundabout take the first exit onto A583 (Preston New Road).
At the next roundabout take the second exit onto A583 and then immediately turn right onto Whitehill Road and then immediate left onto Peel Road. Continue on Peel Road until you reach the junction with Ballam Road. Turn right onto Ballam Road and continue towards Ribble House.

Lytham Station is approximately 2 minutes walk and is directly across the road from Ribble House.
