End of Programme Awards

End of Programme Awards

Our annual End of Programme Awards is a formal celebratory event for our apprentices to review and celebrate the successful completion of their apprenticeship, whilst looking ahead to their future careers with Atos. Apprentices are joined by senior managers, including members of the Executive Board, who present awards to the Apprentice of The Year and those who have best demonstrated our values, as judged by our CEO. The formal black tie dinner is a great way for our apprentices to celebrate completion of their apprenticeship in real style.

Rhys, Project Management Apprentice

‘As the lead for the apprentice committee at the time, I was able to work with my fellow apprentices and engage with the Emerging Talent team to help them plan the Apprentice End of Programme Awards for my intake. It was a fun activity as it gave us an idea of just how many apprentices were part of the same intake as us. It was a good opportunity to develop planning skills as well getting you to think outside of the box to make the awards event interesting and different from before. On the day, formal awards were presented to recognise our achievements and I was thrilled to win Apprentice of the Year!’
