Atos X

Atos X

Atos X is an internal competition, giving an opportunity for employees to share their “Digital Shockwaves” stories in a TED style speaking event. Atos X is part of our Learning Faster initiative which ensures we continuously adapt to the ever changing business environment. The initiative creates valuable thought leadership that helps position Atos as the trusted partner for our clients in their Digital journey and participants benefit from coaching from senior internal mentors to develop their ideas. The competition is open to all, including our apprentices.

Rhys, Project Management Apprentice

‘Becoming a finalist in Atos X was a great experience for me! There was also quite a bit of pressure as I was the only apprentice in the final at the time, so I wanted to make sure that I represented the apprentices well and show that we are capable of doing things that may not be expected of us. The process of developing my talk on Digital Learning was a very enjoyable as I had a member of the Executive team as a mentor, I had the freedom to do my own research and talk about aspects that I felt had the most importance and meaning. My Dad even came in to work on the day of the final to watch my presentation to a range of senior managers and the judging panel. I was really pleased to come runner up overall in the competition, which made it clear to me that I was on the right track with my talk and that I had connected with the audience just as I had planned.’
