Atos celebrates our diverse and inclusive workforce

For the third year running, Atos was proud to host its annual Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Expo, which also kicked-off this year’s global ‘We are Atos’ Week, celebrating our various employee experience initiatives.

Clay Van Doren, COO and Deputy CEO Atos UK&I, opened the Expo on Monday 20 May to reinforce Atos’ commitment to creating a workplace that celebrates the diversity of our employees, customers and users.

The two-day event took place between London and Glasgow and was live-streamed globally for colleagues and clients to join. As part of our Connected Communities initiative to bring together our colleagues locally, several Atos offices also livestreamed the event in collective areas for colleagues to join in and watch. It was also widely shared on social media.

Speakers included members from our Atos Diversity Networks as well as external speakers from Aviva, The Prince’s Trust, Neatebox, the Scottish Government and the Surrey Police. Many diversity topics were discussed such as ‘Diversity Disruption in The Gaming Industry’, ‘Inclusive Parenting’, ‘Inclusive Service Delivery’, as well as thorough testimonies from our clients and partners – all sessions are now available.

Rachel MacNiven, Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Engagement Lead, who hosted the event said: “I am so proud to work for an organisation which strives to create a culture in which differences are recognised, valued and celebrated, and the Diversity & Inclusion Expo is an opportunity when we get to learn from other incredible organisations. Our Diversity Networks have worked hard, collaborating as a team to put on a valuable two-day event, which has highlighted the passion we have to drive inclusion within Atos. Thank you to all our speakers and everyone who attended the sessions.”

The D&I Expo formed part of our first ‘We are Atos’ week, which took place on 20-24 May and included many activities such as webinars, yoga sessions and panel interviews. If you’d like to catch up on the sessions from the Expo, please view the recordings from the event.
