Atos Diversity Program wins the Brandon Hall Bronze Award 2019
Atos has won the Brandon Hall Bronze Award 2019 for “Best Inclusion and Diversity Strategy”. Brandon Hall Excellence Awards recognise the best organisations that have successfully deployed programs, strategies, processes, systems, and tools that have achieved measurable results to improve inclusion and diversity to support an organisational vision and create positive organisational outcomes.
Atos was recognised for the program “Woman Who Succeed”, launched in 2018 to ensure that at least one woman was identified as a successor for all key positions at the company globally.
Denise Reed Lamoreaux, Global Chief Diversity Officer, said: “2019 marks the second year that Atos has been recognised by Brandon Hall for our Diversity & Inclusion programs. This external recognition lets us know that our Women Who Succeed program is producing best in class results; and that we are doing the right things for our people.”
