A successful night for Atos and NS&I at the Top 50 awards, demonstrating their strong partnership

The Top 50 is the UK’s only independent and a well-recognised customer service benchmarking programme. In partnership with GfK, 10,000 mystery shoppers use their vast experience to give insight on how each company can improve their customer service. More than 100 organisations entered the programme in 2018 in the hope of earning a place at the awards ceremony which took place on 24 January, Birmingham.

NS&I and Atos colleagues were united on stage at the ceremony to collect an impressive 5 awards:

  • Top 50 Member of the Year 2018
  • Best in the Banking and Finance Sector 2018 for the 3rd year running
  • 2nd Overall for Call Service 2018
  • 2nd Overall for Social Media 2018
  • 3rd Overall for Best Channel 2018

Julie Orton, Operations Manager CIC Blackpool, said: “We’re so proud of all of our staff across all our sites who have helped us achieve the fantastic results at the Top 50 company awards. We’ve gone from 15th to 2nd in the call centre category and from 8th to 3rd overall. I look forward to what 2019 has to bring!”

David Haley, Senior Vice President of Business Transformation Services (BTS) UK&I, said: “What a fantastic achievement for both Atos and NS&I.
