Atos shortlisted at the National Business Awards 2018

We are pleased to announce that Atos has been shortlisted in the AI Pioneer of the Year category at the 17th Lloyds Bank National Business Awards to be held on Tuesday 13 November 2018 in London.

This is for work with Ulster Bank, for whom Atos implemented the first Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform with Salesforce Einstein.

Ulster Bank challenged Atos with helping them to better understand their customers. In response, we implemented Salesforce Einstein. A single customer view was created, which account managers can use to see information such as what products clients have and what their value to the bank is. Atos was then able to create a next best product recommendation tool which suggests what product might interest which customer and when to engage with them on this opportunity.

This nomination recognises the hard work of all the teams involved and highlights how AI has changed the way the bank interacts with its customers, helping it move ahead in the Irish banking market.

Jillian Moore Head of Digital UK&I, said: “It is great to get recognition via this award nomination for our pioneering work with Salesforce Einstein and Ulster Bank. Not only was it a chance to solve a business challenge but because information will be vital going forwards, making sense of it will be key and AI will be the centre of this. Our work with Ulster Bank leads the way for Atos to be a market leader in this emerging, exciting field.”

Well done to all of the team involved in this exciting project.
