Atos announces divestment of its Occupational Health business
Atos, an international leader in digital services, today announced it has divested its Occupational Health business, OH Assist.
OH Assist, a £30m turnover business with some 500 employees, formally separated from Atos IT Services UK Limited as of 1 January 2016 to become OH Assist Ltd. All employees, business contracts and assets of the business have transferred over to the new organisation.
The OH Assist Leadership Team will be supported by CBPE Capital – an experienced healthcare investor with a 30 year history of developing UK businesses.
