Atos technology powers speedy check-in at Hotel La Tour

Atos, an international IT services company, has today announced the deployment of Atos Hi-tech Transactional Services (HTTS) technology at one of the newest luxury hotels in Britain. The newly opened Hotel La Tour in Birmingham marks the self services kiosk introduction to the four star hotel market, providing quick, efficient check-in and check-out services and enabling reception staff to devote their time and effort to ensuring the very highest level of customer service.

They provide guests with a speedy check-in experience, cross-referencing their booking details and automatically updating the hotel’s property management system. The kiosks also allow for additional requests, such as a morning newspaper or restaurant booking. Payment is simple, a room key card is generated, and guests are on their way.
