Your Colorado Privacy Rights

The Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”) grants consumers that are residents of the State of Colorado certain rights provided by C.R.S. § 6-1-1-1306 regarding the personal information businesses have about them, subject to certain limitations. These rights are listed in more detail below, and at this time do not extend to individuals acting in commercial or employment contexts.

Colorado law provides Colorado residents with the rights listed below.

• The Right of Access: A Consumer has the right to confirm whether a Controller is processing personal data concerning the consumer and to access the consumer’s personal data.
• The Right to Correct Inaccuracies: A consumer has the right to correct inaccuracies in the consumer’s personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purpose of the processing of the consumer’s personal data.
• The right to Deletion: A consumer has the right to delete personal data concerning the consumer.
• The Right to Data Portability: Consumers have the right to obtain a copy of their personal data from the controller (Atos) in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows the consumer to transmit the data without hindrance to another entity. A consumer may exercise this right no more than two times per calendar year.
• A Colorado resident may also designate another person to act on their behalf as their authorized agent with respect to these rights.
• Colorado residents may appeal Atos’s response to their requests by sending an email to dpo.nao@atos.net.

Exercising Your Colorado Privacy Rights

While Atos does not sell or share your personal information, if you are a Colorado resident Colorado law allows you to request information regarding Atos and its affiliates’ disclosure of your personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. To make a request, please send an email to dpo.nao@atos.net or fill out the Online Data Privacy Request Form. Before completing your request, we may request additional documentation or information solely for the purpose of verifying your identity.

A Colorado resident may also designate another person to act on their behalf with respect to these rights. Atos shall comply with such requests received from an authorized agent if Atos is able to verify, with commercially reasonable effort, the identity of the consumer and the authorized agent’s authority to act on such consumer’s behalf. An authorized agent must have your signed permission to submit a request on your behalf or provide proof that they have power of attorney in accordance with applicable law. Before completing requests from authorized agents, we may contact you directly to confirm you’ve given your permission and/or to verify your identity.

Any request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and there may be circumstances the law does not require or allow removal even if requested. In all other events, Atos will remove the information as required by law.

Colorado Mandatory Disclosures

We also make the following disclosures for purposes of compliance with Colorado privacy law:

  • We process the following categories of personal data: your name, telephone number, e-mail address, job title, Company, country, and any other data that you might communicate in your message.
  • Your personal data can be collected either directly or indirectly.
      • It can be collected directly when, for instance, you voluntarily submit it for subscribing to our newsletter online, or when completing the website contact form. When accessing these pages, you will be provided information about the collection of your personal data and will be able to give – or decline to give – your consent.
    • Your personal data can be collected indirectly when using cookies on our website and other technologies. Atos intends to collect information such as the number of visitors, as well as user’s last visit date and consulted page and visit duration. Please refer to the “cookies and other tracking technologies” for additional information.
  • If you interact with us in response to marketing activities, such as an email campaign, we will be able to access certain information about such interaction, such as the nature of your response.

The purposes for processing personal data are described in our Privacy Policy under our Atos Privacy Notice.
Atos and its Affiliates would never provide your personal information with other Atos Affiliates or companies outside of Atos for those Affiliates or companies direct marketing use. Please take a look at our Privacy Policy for more information about our privacy and data collection policies.
