Chief Financial Officer
Brian is the Chief Financial Officer for Americas. Brian has over 20+ years of executive level experience in professional services, entrepreneurialism, and technology, at companies like Level 10, LLC, Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, and True Partners Consulting LLC, where he was hired to build out the company’s international accounting and finance infrastructure. In addition, Brian enjoys working with entrepreneurs at various incubators and universities to help them to remain focused on their primary objective: growing their businesses. Brian lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two children. When not playing with numbers and spreadsheets, Brian enjoys playing golf, watching live music, and cooking.
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to Atos, Fiona was a Commercial Director for Accenture for 14 years. She brings 34 years of prior experience in cost accounting, operations, system implementations, process improvements and process re-engineering in several industries including government, pharmaceuticals, and high tech. She has also worked with other start-up and turnaround opportunities to include Geller and Company/Bloomberg, PwC, CSC, and NetEdge Systems where she gained practical experience in project management, business development, as well as delivery. Fiona currently resides in Charlotte, NC with her two adopted children, Graham and Audrey; her dog Lilly, and a cat named Shao Mao.
Chief Commercial Officer
Jen is the Chief Commercial Officer for Americas responsible for the sales and marketing of the region. She is an accomplished sales, marketing, and partner executive with over 20+ years of experience in helping organizations decipher complex technology solutions for digital transformation and delivering a client-centric approach as organizations choose, implement, and manage IT solutions.
Jen joined Atos in October 2020 as Client Executive Partner, Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry, from IBM where she was recognized as “Best of IBM” for her leadership approach in building highly collaborative teams and delivering significant revenue growth via a win-win partnership approach with clients. Prior to IBM, Jen was a regional sales director at Worksoft, directing a cross functional business development, sales, marketing, technical and system integrator team to drive Worksoft as the preferred test automation solution in large cross-industry accounts. She also held sales executive roles at NetApp and Hewlett-Packard.
Passionate in delivering a client-centric approach as organizations choose, implement and manage IT solutions, Jen focuses on a partnership approach with clients to identify their business challenges and opportunities and thrive on bringing creative solutions to the table that maximize business outcomes. Jen graduate Summa Cum Laude from Bridgewater State University, and currently lives in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota area.
Mike is the Americas General Counsel responsible for leading strategic legal programs and initiatives across the region, delivering business-oriented advice on Atos’ businesses and growth strategies. Mike is also developing and empowering a cohesive, collaborative legal team that is focused on developing approaches aligned to the organization’s strategic goals.
Mike joins Atos after a successful 16-year tenure at Accenture where he was the Managing Director – Senior Director of Legal Services, Global Transactions, and supervised a team of lawyers that facilitated ease of doing business in deal-shaping and negotiations with clients in North America.
Prior to assuming his position with Accenture in 2005, Mike held various positions in IBM’s legal department. His responsibilities included antitrust analysis, contract drafting and negotiation of all types of customer and supplier contracts, dealing with issues pertaining to employment law, intellectual property, general corporate, mergers and acquisition and tax and supervising outside counsel on litigation.
Mike has volunteered with various charitable groups, including the Maryknoll Lay Missioners (MKLM) in El Salvador, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Nepal, and Tanzania. Mike serves on the Board of Directors of MKLM.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Arun Antony is the CHRO for The Americas. Arun and his HR team are responsible for enabling people success and culture, streamlining talent strategies, evolving personnel experience and engagement, and developing adept workforce capabilities and leadership.
Arun comes with over 20 years of HR experience working in India, UK and Americas. During this period, he has led global teams while living in Chennai, Mumbai, London, and the US.
Arun joined Atos|Syntel in 2010 and has held multiple HR leadership positions in India and US. Prior to this Arun was the Vice President HR – heading Industry, Industry Ops, Practices & Sales and Global Talent Acquisition aligning HR & People strategies with business objectives. He played a significant role in the development and scaling of HR and Recruitment capabilities and Atos|Syntel has benefitted immensely from his HR leadership.
Networking & building relationships is something that comes very naturally to him. Arun lives in Nashville with his wife Anu and his two kids Ananya & Aadit. Outside of work, you will find him hiking, camping, coaching kids in soccer and volunteering in local community groups
Nelson De Lorenzi Campelo
Head of South America
Nelson Campelo is the CEO of Atos South America and leads around 3,200 business technologists in the region. He was responsible for the company’s cultural transformation process focusing on the well-being and integration of teams, the adoption of agile methodologies and the concept of Customer Centricity. During this 3-year period since he joined, Atos South America has shown steady growth of around 15% per year. He also contributed to strengthening Atos’ position as the absolute leader in high-performance computing in Latin America, with 5 supercomputers on the list of the most powerful in the world. Atos South America includes Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Prior to Atos, Nelson was the CEO at Avaya Brazil, where he was awarded for worldwide highest sales growth and chosen by customers as the best professional in the Brazilian IT industry. While at Exec, a Human Resource consultancy company, he served as part of the consulting board for 2 years. In Nelson’s last role, he was CEO and shareholder at Ustore, an infrastructure scale-up that enables multi-cloud architectures. During his career he had strategic leadership positions in companies such as IBM, Capgemini and Nokia.
With more than 30 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industry, he applies his personal philosophy of inspiring leadership, commitment to high results and to the well-being of employees at all levels, acting according to the best practices and standards. He has a degree in Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS – BR) and a European degree in Digital Transformation from the Institut européen d’administration des affaires (INSEAD). Outside of work, you may find him training for the next street race, reading a history book or eventually at a wine tasting event.
Head of Marketing & Communications, Americas
Jessica is Head of Marketing & Communications for the Americas. She has 14+ years of marketing, communications, and branding expertise. Jessica joined Atos in September 2021 to lead global marketing initiatives with our hyperscaler partners (Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft) as part of the Atos OneCloud initiative. Before joining Atos, Jessica was the Head of Marketing for Maven Wave, which was acquired by Atos in 2020. At Maven Wave, she was focused on developing the brand and partner marketing with Google Cloud. She also holds a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
Jessica resides in Chicago with her husband and dog. When she is not working, she loves traveling to new places, exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene, cooking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Christine A. Gaines
Head of Public Sector and Defense
Christine A. Gaines is the Industry Head of Public Sector and Defense in Americas. Atos PS&D focuses on partnering with our Public Sector clients to assist them in their digital transformation journey. We work at all levels of Government, Education, and Defense to help serve the constituents in the communities in which we all live.
Prior to joining Atos, Christine worked for Dell Technologies/EMC, Deloitte Consulting/BearingPoint, and Lucent Technologies/Avaya. She has spent over 20 years supporting work in the Public Sector managing Business Development and Delivery teams; Strategic Alliance Programs; Product Management and Sales; and large, complex, multi-vendor project implementations. She has participated in the Dell Women in Action Employee Resource Group, the CompTia Health Services IT Advisory Group, and represented Dell EMC as a Founding member of the Governing Women in Government Leadership Program.
Christine’s personal philosophy is that every single day we make decisions that affect the lives of others. We need to be thoughtful in the things we do and say and always operate with integrity, compassion, and understanding. We need to take care of our relationships, both personally and professionally, and have the courage to do the right thing – even when it’s the hard thing. Christine lives in Littleton, Colorado, and enjoys spending time with her son, cooking, traveling, and certifying her Golden Retriever as a therapy dog.
Head of Telecom Media & Technology
Bob De Haven is the Head of TMT of Atos Americas. Bob and his leadership team are responsible for $1 billion in revenue and a growth strategy from IT to Network in Telco, a Media Production Cloud Model, and deeper connections to our Global Hyperscaler Partners, this will ensure that customers stay at the forefront of digital transformation and realize their business goals through technology.
Prior to Atos, Bob was the Worldwide General Manager of Microsoft for Telco & Media where he was responsible for a $4B business focused on Telco Cloud Transformation, Cloud-enabled Media Production Strategies, Sell-with, Sell-To and Sell-Through Strategies for the largest Enterprises across the Globe. Bob was a 17-year veteran of Microsoft and all ran the US Communications Sector Market for 4 years prior to his Worldwide role.
Bob’s ideal leadership model is to empower those who work with him to achieve break-through thinking in a passionate and energized success sharing model. Bob’s Teams are diverse, inclusive and empowered to succeed. When Bob is not consuming information on Telco, Media and Technology he spends as much time as possible with his family. He has a wonderful wife who loves to travel to Europe and two daughters: a nurse and a teacher. He also enjoys golf and reading history and current affairs.
Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences
Jerry Mathews is the Head of Healthcare & Lifesciences (HLS) Industry of Atos Americas. Jerry and his leadership team are responsible for a P&L of $650+ million in revenue, servicing North America’s broad healthcare ecosystem comprising of Payers, Providers, Pharma/MedDevices/Distribution & Products. Jerry has also recently led multiple global executive leadership roles in the HLS industry at Atos, most recently as HLS head of global business platform, applications and digital services and HLS global industry head of Consulting, Portfolio & Presales, Marketing & Alliances.
Jerry started with Atos Syntel in Mumbai, India, as a trainee out of college in 1996 and quickly moved up the leadership ranks and across the world. His leadership experience covers a range of areas from Consulting to Service Delivery to Sales and Services Enabler. He has held client partner & sales leadership positions both in North America and Europe. for large strategic accounts in Banking and Financial Services and emerging verticals. In 2008, Jerry relocated to London from the US, as a key member of Syntel’s nascent EU leadership team gaining active experience building the geography and leading high-performance cross-functional teams. He moved back to the US in 2012 to join the HLS industry.
Having lived, educated and worked across the globe, including the Middle East, India, Europe & North America, Jerry brings a global mindset and a leadership philosophy characterized by highly inclusive, diverse and high-performance cultures with a passion for innovating at the ‘edges’ of cross-functional teams. Jerry graduated with honors in both Bachelors of Technology from Mahatma Gandhi University in India and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Thunderbird/ASU, USA.
Head of Financial Services & Insurance
Shaji is the Head of Financial Services & Insurance Organization (FS&I) Americas. Shaji brings over 30 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business & IT Strategy, Business Process Redesign, Business Value Realization, and Technology Development. Shaji and his leadership team are responsible for driving growth and while leading secured decarbonized digital journey with our FS&I clients in the region.
Prior to joining Atos, Shaji was the President & Chief Executive of the BFSI Business Unit at Wipro. BFSI was the fastest growing unit, delivering industry leading growth for over 4 years. Prior to taking over as the Chief Executive of the BFSI business unit, Shaji led the Advanced Technologies service line at Wipro, which was created to develop transformational opportunities at the intersection of Cloud, Analytics, Mobility, and High-Performance Technologies. Before Wipro, Shaji held several senior-level positions at Infosys where he was SVP & Global Head of Consulting & Systems Integration across Financial Services, and Head of Banking & Capital Markets for the Americas.
Head of Digital
John Cipolla is the Head of Digital for Americas. John and his leadership team are responsible for driving all Atos OneCloud, Cloud Advisory, Transformation, Migration and run services to accelerate our client’s transformation journeys.
John has over 25 years experience as an accomplished Fortune 500/Global Systems Integrator Executive leading and motivating high-performance teams. Prior to Atos he served as Managing Director at Accenture (NYSE ACN) leading the Journey to Cloud, Intelligent Cloud & Infrastructure teams along with Global Go to Market Lead for the Google Business Group and most recently the West Microsoft Business Group inclusive of Accenture, Avanade and Microsoft partnership. John also spent time at Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ NSIT) as North America Services Sales Lead driving all services and solutions to Fortune 1,000 clients. He also served as Director of Sales at AT&T (NYSE T) leading teams supporting client digital transformation utilizing latest networking technologies.
John leads his group using 4 “C”- Culture, Communication, Community, and Compassion. His 5 key strengths are; Learner, Strategic, Developer, Competitive and Achiever. He is keenly focused on driving diversity and equal opportunity throughout his organization. Outside of work; John has 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. He supports Rare KC/Florence Fighters Charity in Kansas City. He and his wife Paula enjoy outdoor activities like; hiking, swimming and traveling internationally, especially in Italy where he gets to spend time with extended family.
Head of Big Data and Security
Michael Infante is Head A Big Data & Security (BDS) for Atos Americas. Michael joined Atos in May 2019. He is a sales and strategy executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience. Prior to Atos, Michael held two different chief executive positions for Microsoft certified partners. This followed his nearly 18 years at both Microsoft and IBM, where he began his professional career and developed experience in areas such as building industry vertical business, distribution and channels, partners and alliances and hardware and software strategy and sales.
Michael lives in Greenville, South Carolina with his wife and daughter, Ava. When he is not working, Michael enjoys staying active with fitness, tennis and golf. He also volunteers with several charitable boards, organizations and events including the National Restaurant Association’s Scholarship program, and supporting efforts and events with the Tiger Woods Foundation.
