End of Programme AwardsTo celebrate the end of the 18-month graduate programme, we hold the End of Programme Graduate Conference. During the day, graduates review and celebrate their progress and look ahead to their future careers, taking away next steps in their development. Graduates are joined by a member of the Executive Board, who presents awards to the Graduate of The Year and those who have best demonstrated our values, as judged by our CEO. The day is rounded-off by a formal black tie dinner, ending the Graduate Programme in real style.

The Graduate End of Programme awards was the perfect ceremony to both acknowledge the incredible achievements of the graduates in completing their schemes and also highlight the significance of the next steps within our respective careers. We received inspirational talks from one of the youngest VPs within the company and the current Business Assistant to our CEO, whom was sat in our position only one year prior, which really cemented the options open to us going forward. I was also lucky enough to win awards for Entrepreneurship and Graduate of the Year during the awards ceremony.
I really enjoyed the opportunity to reconnect with all my fellow graduates from across the UK. Over the course of the 18 months, I have had the pleasure to meet, collaborate and develop alongside some incredibly passionate and dedicated graduates, so it was great to have everyone together to celebrate our incredible journey.
