Atos Earns Highly Commended Recognition for 2019 Employee Engagement Awards

June 24, 2019 – The 2019 Employee Engagement Awards (EE awards) recognized Atos North America as highly commended in two categories, Innovation in Employee Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion. The EE awards aim to inspire and educate people to remake the way organizations think about and engage people to achieve their purpose.

Atos was recognized as a finalist in both categories for dedication and implementation of two employee engagement programs. Atos’ We Are Atos program earned a high commend for its innovation in employee engagement, and the Women in Action program earned its acknowledgement for its effort in diversity and inclusion. Both Atos programs spotlight how intentional diversity and inclusion can make a positive difference for employees.

HR Director of Employee Engagement Maggie Donisi and Global Chief Diversity Officer Denise Reed Lamoreaux accepted the recognition during the North American Employee Engagement Conference in New York City on June 20.

“Highlighting success at Atos is completely intertwined with showcasing the talents of women in the workplace,” said Reed Lamoreaux. “To earn a highly commended recognition in the Diversity and Inclusion category is a direct exemplification of our Women in Action program. We hope this recognition further tells the story and importance of women at Atos who are taking action to better careers and impact business.”
