Atos to gain a stronger foothold in the U.S

July 23, 2018 – Global SI Atos is to gain a stronger foothold in the U.S. with the acquisition of Michigan-based IT services provider Syntel for $3.4 billion.

Atos said Syntel will strengthen the group’s business and platform solutions division worldwide with its suite of cloud, social media, mobile, analytics, IoT and automation services, where it utilizes a network of software development centers in India.
