The TSG EDV-Terminal-Service Ges.m.b.h. is part of the Atos Group since July 1, 2011 and has its focus in the banking and insurance sector. With eight locations across Austria, TSG provides IT services to companies, from consulting, through system integration, operation and maintenance of IT infrastructures and self-service systems to the management of service processes. TSG’s customers include leading Austrian financial organizations.

Establishment of a branch in Poland
2020
Service partnership with item österreich handel gmbh
2015
Acquisition of the HW service for the APL of Unicredit and the employees responsible for it so far.
2014
Takeover of numerous services (workplace, service desk and onsite services) from the Solutions IT and the employees who have hitherto been responsible for this.
2011
Change of ownership from the Siemens Group to the Atos Group.
2007
Expansion of on-site services and data center services by taking over the IT / AV business unit of ARAG (Allgemeine Rechtsschutz AG).
2006
Expansion of the market segment “On-site services and data center services” by taking over IT-outsourcing of ai informatics.
2004
Change of ownership of Bank Austria to the Siemens Group.
2002
Reopening of the Salzburg site. Nationwide servicing of ATMs and other money-handing devices at all major financial institutions in Austria.
1999
Settlement of a new own building complex.
1998
Bank Austria, TSG almost takes over the entire service of its terminal and self-service equipment. For the first time, TSG takes over the service of individual product groups from Creditanstalt.
1995
Successful partial business integration of the Sparkassen publishing house Technical customer service (SPV / TKD).
1994
Through a nationwide presence in Austria and constant development measures adapted to the requirements, TSG becomes Austria’s largest manufacturer-independent company in the IT service sector for hardware and related areas.
1993
Start of construction of TSG outlets in the state capital cities.
1985
Foundation of TSG EDV-Terminal Services Ges.mb. As a service company of Bank Austria (formerly the Central Bank) and as a technical service of the then Dataservice. The services provided and the growing development of the TSG enable us to serve clients outside the banking sector successfully.
