In 12 Monaten zum Cloud-Profi: Atos startet Ausbildungsinitiative

Wien, am 17. Juni 2021 – Im Rahmen seines weltweiten IGNITE-Programms bildet Atos AbsolventInnen von MINT-Studiengängen innerhalb nur eines Jahres zu qualifizierten Cloud-ExpertInnen aus. Auch in Österreich werden noch Ausbildungsplätze vergeben – nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Programms werden die AbsolventInnen fest angestellt.

Laut Wirtschaftskammer beläuft sich der österreichweite IT-Fachkräftemangel inzwischen auf 24.000 Personen, das entspricht einem Wertschöpfungsverlust von rund 3,8 Milliarden Euro. Um dem entgegenzuwirken, verfolgt Atos den proaktiven Ansatz, eigene Fachleute auszubilden – so auch mithilfe des neuen Programms für angehende Cloud-Profis. Dieses umfasst strukturierte Trainings, Projektaufträge und Kundenengagements sowie eine Vielfalt an Formaten wie etwa Hackathons, Labs, Cloud Playgrounds, virtuelle Trainings und One-to-One-Coachings. In Zusammenarbeit mit Atos‘ strategischen Partnern AWS, Google und Microsoft werden die TeilnehmerInnen zudem in allen wichtigen Services und Produkten der Hyperscaler geschult, die von Kunden nachgefragt werden.
