Supplement to the Information on Data Privacy

As a supplement to the Information on Data Privacy you have been provided with, we would like to inform you that Atos intends to use your personal data – which are being processed particularly in order to carry out the process of talent pooling – also for direct marketing purposes involving keeping you updated with the fresh news about Atos and its business operations. The processing of your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller; and in line with motif (47) of the recitals to the GDPR, processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing may be recognised as such legitimate interest.

Your personal data will be processed for the period that is necessary for the purposes of pursuing the legitimate interests of Atos (i.e. marketing purposes), yet no longer than until your personal data are erased if the Controller complies with your objection filed by you in line with Article 21 of the GDPR or no longer than for the period necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
We would also like to indicate that as regards your personal data processed for marketing purposes, you have the right to object, as mentioned in Article 21 of the GDPR. This right may be exercised by submitting a relevant statement to the Controller; the said statement may be sent by e-mail at the following address: GDC-PL-PODO@atos.net

I hereby give my consent to using telecommunication end devices (e.g. a phone, e-mail) and automatic calling systems (e.g. automatic systems sending out text messages, e-mails) by the Company for the purposes of direct marketing involving keeping me updated with the fresh news about Atos and its business operations.

I am aware that the consent is free to give and that it does not affect the process of managing my application during current and future recruitment processes, and that the consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the compliance with the law of sending out commercial information that had been carried out before the consent was withdrawn.
