Atos estará en el congreso TICTAC de transformación digital

 

 

Tenerife acogerá el próximo 10 de octubre el Congreso TICTAC de Transformación digital. El evento tendrá lugar en el Recinto Internacional de Ferias y Congresos de Santa Cruz de Tenerife y contará con la participación de varios de los principales agentes del sector turístico y tecnológico de ámbito nacional e internacional.

TICTAC se presenta en esta primera edición con un programa dinámico donde conviven tanto ponencias inspiradoras como talleres planteados para la aplicación práctica impartidos por más de 30 profesionales de ámbito nacional, regional y local para acercar la Transformación Digital a todos los agentes del sector turístico. El evento se articulará en diferentes bloques para abordar, desde diferentes sectores especializados relacionados con el turismo, los procesos actuales y los nuevos desafíos del sector en este ámbito concreto.

La forma de viajar, las necesidades de los personas viajeras y el uso de la tecnología aplicada al propio viaje están en permanente cambio y evolución. Manuel Muñoz, Director Digital Strategy & Business Development en Atos, participará en el Congreso con la ponencia “El reto de transformación digital de un Destino y la experiencia de cliente 360” centrada en descubrir a los asistentes soluciones digitales aplicadas al viaje.
