The official signing of a cooperation agreement with the West Pomeranian University of Technology (ZUT) took place in Szczecin on June 15. Within the scope of this partnership, students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of ZUT will be trained in cybersecurity as part of the Eviden Security Academy from the new academic year.
Supporting the education of students who will soon enter the labor market is very important to us. Thanks to cooperation with the university in Szczecin, students will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience based on the best solutions existing on the market, such as Checkpoint and Palo Alto Networks. The project will be conducted by trainers and company specialists, including ZUT graduate Ph.D. Eng. Slawomir Grzyb. The cooperation will include stationary and remote classes. Lectures, workshops, and projects will be based on “lab environments”. The effect of the cooperation, in addition to the knowledge and experience gained by our students, is to be the possibility of internships in the company and discounts on certification exams.
