We did it! We received an honorable mention in the Employer Branding Excellence Awards 2023 in the „Internal Campaign” category.
Our Hi-5 Gamification, which we used to promote company values, was recognised! The main objective of the project was to increase awareness and recognition of values among the company’s employees. In addition, the game was designed to encourage employees to return and use the office more often, as well as to integrate with each other.
Over the course of 5 months, 32 teams took part in 5 challenges relating to Atos values. As many as 571 participants competed in the challenges. And overall, the gamification involved more than 2,000 employees who registered on the click4values.pl platform to support their favourites (especially in the first two tasks, where everyone could cast a vote for their chosen team). A total of as many as 1,050 points were awarded with the final. The project can be considered a great success.
