In April, we completed our campaign to support the Municipal Service Center for Refugees from Ukraine in Bydgoszcz through a dedicated hotline for registering visits. People coming from Ukraine could settle all official matters there, incl. receive a PESEL number. As an appointment was required in advance, specialists from our organization helped.
A new dedicated helpline was created and launched in a very short time. This was possible thanks to the six Atos engineers and their dedication, which put the hotline in just two days from the request. It was available from March 16, 2022, from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 15.00. until April 15. This service was very popular – we answered over 600 phone calls in total.
This initiative has shown that, if necessary, we are able to organize ourselves quickly and provide help to those who need it most. We sincerely thank everyone who was involved in this project, both supporting the refugees on the hotline and those who made it possible to create it in the first place.
