Atos Worldline, an Atos Origin Company specialised in the processing of high-volume electronic transactions, has been selected by Feu Vert, the French leading car centres' network, to support the implementation of its new Customer Relation Management (CRM) strategy. Atos Worldline provided an end to end and personalised service, including consulting services and the development and operation of the recommended CRM solutions: loyalty card, marketing databases and datamining, e-mail and SMS campaigns management. Through these solutions, Feu Vert can optimise its customer relations with a clear focus on proximity and quality.
