Successful Completion of Reverse Mentoring Programme

Atos’ multi-generational and multi-cultural diversity networks Aeon and the Together Network, have seen the successful completion of their first Reverse Mentoring programme.

The programme, which aimed to provide a platform to explore differing generational and cultural perspectives, develop diverse working group relationships and encourage more effective team working, saw 56 Atos employees participate over  a three-month period.

Nikki Kelly, SVP Public Sector and Defence UK&I and Northern Europe, applauded the programme for offering “a fantastic opportunity to meet new talent in our business and gain a whole new perspective which has really challenged my thinking.”

The Programme attracted a diverse mix of ages and strong BAME representation with participants awarding the programme an impressive 6.71/7 when asked how likely they would be to recommend the scheme.
