Atos recognised as a Culture Pioneer for Inclusion

Atos has been named a Culture Pioneer for Inclusion by HRZone.

The pandemic has brought about many challenges over the past year, forcing the world to adjust to new circumstances and adopt a digital infrastructure faster than ever before. While employee wellbeing has always been fundamental to Atos’ culture, over the past year it has become even more integral to ensure employees are getting the support they need during these challenging times. These initiatives were successful in bringing employees together and encouraged them to prioritise their own wellbeing. Programmes such as We Are Allies and We Are Atos continue to demonstrate their importance in embedding an inclusive culture throughout the organisation.

Cheryl Allen, HR Director of Culture & Transformation, said: “We are continuing to connect our people across the organisation including in upcoming meetings where BAME employees will be able to share their experiences to establish what further actions we can take to support our employees.”
