Atos und Start-up Rcap entwickeln intelligente Einlegesohlen zur Reduzierung von Arbeitsunfällen in der Fertigung

Paris, 15. Mai 2019 – Im Vorfeld der VivaTech haben sich Atos, ein weltweit führender Anbieter für die digitale Transformation, und das Startup Rcup zusammengeschlossen, um Muskel-Skelett-Erkrankungen bei Mitarbeitern in der Industrie oder der Medizin mit intelligenten morphologischen Einlagen zu behandeln.

Diese morphologischen Einlegesohlen, die im Rahmen des Projekts „Mission Zero Accident“ entwickelt wurden, werden in Sicherheitsschuhe eingesetzt, sind maßgeschneidert für jeden Mitarbeiter und entlasten den Rücken. Sie verfügen außerdem über integrierte Sensoren, die täglich anonym zahlreiche Daten erfassen, etwa über die vom Mitarbeiter getragenen Lasten oder Bewegungsabläufe in der Fabrik. Diese Daten werden auf eine sichere Plattform von Atos übertragen und dort durch Machine Learning Algorithmen analysiert.
