Atos übernimmt Outsourcingvertrag von Arvato Systems

Die Atos Systems Business Services GmbH erbringt zukünftig wesentliche IT Leistungen für den Automotive und Defence Anbieter Rheinmetall. Der bisherige Vertrag von Arvato mit Rheinmetall wird unverändert fortgesetzt und hat noch eine Laufzeit von sieben Jahren und ein Gesamtvolumen von mehr als 400 Millionen Euro. Im Zuge der Vertragsübernahme wechseln rund 350 Mitarbeiter von Arvato Systems zu Atos.

 

„Unsere Ausrichtung als globaler IT-Anbieter mit europäischen Wurzeln gibt uns die Möglichkeit, Unternehmen wie Rheinmetall bei der digitalen Transformation und den zukünftigen Herausforderungen in der Datensicherheit zu helfen“, sagt Winfried Holz, CEO von Atos Deutschland.

 

Atos erbringt mit dem übernommenen Vertrag von Arvato Systems für Rheinmetall IT-Leistungen im Bereich Telekommunikation, Helpdesk und Workplace, IT-Sicherheit, SAP, Dokumenten- sowie Anwendungsmanagement sowie den Betrieb von drei Rechenzentren in Deutschland.
