Workshop ITAS vyhodnotil pilotný projekt ukrajinských študentov na Slovensku

40 zástupcov 25 spoločností z oblasti IT, bankovníctva, ale aj akademickej sféry sa zúčastnilo dnešného workshopu IT Asociácie Slovenska (ITAS) venovanému projektu študentov ukrajinských univerzít, ktorí pôsobia v IT firmách na Slovensku.

Hlavnými spíkrami na workshope boli prvý viceprezident ITAS Mário Lelovský a prorektor pre zahraničné vzťahy bratislavskej Vysokej školy ekonómie a manažmentu verejnej správy (VŠEMVS) Stanislav Filip.

Neoceniteľným pohľadom na fungovanie projektu prispeli zástupcovia IT firiem Atos a Soitron, v ktorých študenti pôsobia. Podľa nich sú hlavnými faktormi na úspešnú realizáciu projektu v praxi odstraňovanie jazykovej bariéry, potreba kvalitného vedenia, dôležitosť mentorov, ktorí sa študentom budú venovať, dostatočný čas na prípravu a rozvoj profesionálnych zručností študentov a zvyšovanie diverzity v pracovnom tíme.
