Thierry Breton deixará a posição de CEO Global da Atos

Paris, 24 de Outubro de 2019 – O Conselho de Administração da ATOS SE tomou conhecimento do anúncio realizado pelo Presidente francês, Emmanuel Macron, a respeito da nomeação do CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Thierry Breton como representante da França na Comissão Europeia.

Diante deste contexto, Thierry Breton informa sua renúncia ao cargo de Chairman e CEO da ATOS SE, a partir de 31 de outubro de 2019.

De acordo com o plano de sucessão da companhia, o Conselho de Administração pretende separar os cargos de Chairman do Conselho Administrativo e de CEO, nomeando Elie Girard, atualmente Deputy of Chief Executive Officer, como novo CEO a partir de 1º de novembro de 2019 e Thierry Breton como Chairman não executivo do Conselho de Administração da Atos a partir dessa data.

Ocupará a posição de Chairman não executivo do Conselho de Administração da ATOS, Bertrand Meunier.
