About us
The Atos QLM User Club is an independent world-wide group of users that aims at exchanging on the future of computing, emerging technologies, new quantum algorithms and quantum programming best practices.
Currently, the Atos QLM User Club is co-chaired by Total and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, two very active users of the Atos QLM.

How to join
- Complete the Qlub Membership Application Form,
- sign the Qlub Charter then email it to dl-ww-qlub-board.ext@atos.net.
- Membership is by a legal entity. A multi-site legal entity is represented as a single Member. A natural person cannot be a Member. Each Member must designate a natural person as its representative and one as a deputy.
- Members must sign the Qlub Charter and accept embedded rules including Confidentiality.
- Applying institutions must either operate an Atos Quantum Learning Machine, have entered into a contract to have such a system delivered to their site within one year of the date of application.
- Member applications are evaluated by the Qlub board to check their compliance with the Charter criteria, and then submitted to the vote of the Qlub Members, who have the final decision.

You can join the QLM User Club as an Associate Member
- Complete the Qlub Associate Membership Application Form,
- sign the Qlub Charter then email it to dl-ww-qlub-board.ext@atos.net.
- Associate Membership is by a legal entity. A multi-site legal entity is represented as a single Associate Member. A natural person cannot be an Associate Member. Each Associate Member must designate a natural person as its representative and one as a deputy
- Associate Members must sign the Qlub Charter and accept embedded rules including Confidentiality
- Applying institutions must either use an Atos Quantum Learning Machine or have entered a contract to explore the capabilities of Quantum Computing with Atos experts
- Associate Member applications are evaluated by the Qlub board to check their compliance with the Charter criteria, and then submitted to the vote of the Qlub Members, who have the final decision
Your organization provides solutions or products that enhance Atos Quantum solutions but does not comply with the Qlub Membership or Associate Membership criteria as per in the Qlub Charter?
You can apply to become an Affiliate
- Complete the Qlub Affiliate Application Form,
- Sign the Qlub Charter, then email it to dl-ww-qlub-board.ext@atos.net.
- Affiliates cannot vote to the board and annual meetings

- Each Affiliate must designate a natural person as its “Liaison officer” and one as a deputy
