Atos ranked first in End-user services in 2019 IT Outsourcing Study for Nordics by Whitelane

Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, was ranked first in the most recent edition of the annual IT Outsourcing Study, conducted by Whitelane Research in cooperation with PA Consulting, in the category “End-user services and collaboration solutions” in the Nordic region. This customer satisfaction survey, the most representative in the market, evaluates 35 different IT service providers and ranks them based on the opinions of their clients.

Atos in the Nordics was ranked first by means of overall satisfaction within the IT domain End-user services and collaboration solutions, with a satisfaction score of 73%, the market average score being 66%.

The difference from 2018 is significant, as Atos in the Nordics managed to raise their satisfaction score from 66% with as much as 7 percentage points, leading to this top ranking. The average satisfaction score has remained unchanged since 2018.
