Atos and Damovo partnership accelerates access to UCC solutions for mid-sized and large- enterprises in Northern Europe

Amstelveen, July 13, 2020,

Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, has transferred part of its Unified Communications & Collaborations activities in Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden and Finland to Damovo, a leading provider of ICT managed services and solutions. The partnership enables a faster response to the growing demand for innovative UC solutions in the enterprise sector and is part of Atos’ global ambition to grow its market share for its UCC portfolio through indirect channel partners.

Atos provides integrated collaboration software and services to medium and large enterprises around the world based on its Unify portfolio. As part of the agreement, Damovo will now be the primary sales and service point of contact for direct customers of Atos Unify solutions across Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden and Finland. Damovo will also become part of Atos’ network of channel partners which serve these countries.

As a Master Partner of Atos, Damovo’s considerable global UCC expertise will benefit both existing and future customers. Current customers will gain added value from additional knowledge and skills, while contracts will be executed according to present agreements.

Atos will continue to deploy its UCC digital communication solutions to very large enterprises and governmental bodies at various levels. Atos’ R&D department continues to maintain and further develop its UCC solutions, guaranteeing customers the familiar quality strengthened by the extra value from Damovo.

Johan van Campen, Head of Unified Communication & Collaboration at Atos in Northern Europe: “The added value of this partnership for our customers is the fact that we will be able to respond much faster to changes in the market. The deal with Damovo allows more enterprises to start working differently in the near future, with more employees collaborating without being physically in the same room. Many companies had no choice but to switch to remote work during the COVID-19 crisis. We expect this trend to continue when the situation returns to normal, which means that a growing number of enterprises needs to adapt its infrastructure accordingly. The partnership with Damovo allows us to efficiently respond to their needs.”

Gijs Borsboom, Managing Director Damovo Benelux & Nordics: “This exciting new partnership with Atos perfectly aligns with Damovo’s overall expansion strategy across Belgium, Luxembourg and the Nordics. Innovative unified communications and collaborations tools are at the heart of our proposition. Atos’ UCC portfolio and skillset will further strengthen both our UCC footprint and our ability to deliver innovative digital transformation solutions to our customers around the world.”
