About Luiz Domingos

Luiz Domingos is an innovative and passionate technology leader in the IT and Telecommunications business with more than 20 years of experience and an extensive record of building and managing global R&D, product management, and project teams to deliver complex, disruptive, and high-quality enterprise communication and collaboration solutions, network management products, and cloud services to the market.

In his career, Luiz has held various positions at Siemens, Unify, and Atos covering a wide range of technologies and organizational constructs in the product lifecycle management and the delivery of products, service offerings, and support solutions to customers, channel partners, and global sales organizations.

Luiz serves as member the Atos Scientific Community, a global network comprised of 150 of the top scientists, business experts, and forward thinkers from across the Atos Group. He is very active in driving usage of disruptive technologies e.g. AI/ML in the portfolio, agile methodologies for efficiency, and in supporting meetings and events with customers, analysts and business partners.

Before his current role, Luiz served as senior vice president of engineering and managed several products in the Unify portfolio (e.g. OpenScape Voice platform / applications), including Circuit, the Atos’ cloud and social collaboration solution for the enterprise workforce. In his tenure leading the

Circuit organization, Luiz was responsible for the development and deployment launch of Unify’s first cloud solution offering. He also steered the organizational transformation from a traditional waterfall process to a full agile scrum setup with bi-weekly sprints and DevOps fit for cloud deployments.

Luiz attended the Parana Federal University UFPr in Curitiba, one of the top universities in Brazil, and holds a dual bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering. He also attended business training at INSEAD, France and holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Luiz is listed as an inventor with several patents with the US Patent office and is proficient in English, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
