Paris, France, February 3, 2026
Atos has renewed its long-standing contract with EPZ for the continued delivery of important IT services at the Netherlands’ only nuclear power plant. The five-year contract extension underlines Atos’ crucial role as a trusted technology partner for nuclear operators and its strong position within the European nuclear energy ecosystem.
Under the renewed agreement, Atos will continue to support the operational and maintenance processes of the plant, ensuring the reliability, safety and continuity of its IT landscape. Since 2011. Atos has been responsible for managing and supporting all three core applications used at the facility, including eSOMS, AssetSuite from Hitachi Energy and Primavera from Oracle. The contract renewal confirms Atos’ leadership in the European nuclear industry, combining deep sector expertise with the ability to deliver seamless build-and-run services across the full lifecycle of nuclear assets. Beyond its local impact in the Netherlands, the agreement further strengthens Atos’ role for future nuclear projects in Europe.
By safeguarding business continuity and optimizing operational performance, Atos helps nuclear operators reduce operational risks and costs while supporting long-term plant operations and sustainability. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to reliable, low-carbon energy as a cornerstone of Europe’s power supply.
