Atos ranked as a Times Top 50 Employer for Women 2019 in UK and Ireland

April 25, 2019

Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, has been recognized as a Times Top 50 Employer for Women 2019 in UK and Ireland.

This highlights Atos’ global and local actions in the primary areas of attraction and recruitment, retention and progression, culture and inclusion, monitoring and accountability.

Some of the steps Atos has taken to improve gender diversity within the context of an industry in which male representation traditionally formed the workforce majority include:

  • Targets for increased representation of women from graduate to board level and supportive measures such as succession planning and internal promotion to enable this;
  • Senior leaders as sponsors for women wishing to develop their careers;
  • Support networks such as AtosAspire – an Atos gender diversity network that forms part of the Atos Diversity Networks to recognise, develop and raise awareness around diversity and inclusion in the workplace;
  • Extensive family friendly policies and benefits

I take great pride in the fact that Atos has been named as a Times Top 50 Employer for Women. Inclusivity is at the heart of our business practices, and gender parity is on the agenda of each employee at every level. We take the responsibility of maintaining this honor seriously, and will redouble our efforts to progress even further” commented Denise Reed Lamoreaux, Global Chief Diversity Officer at Atos.

This holistic approach, implemented by Atos at global and local levels, is aimed at providing an environment in which women can flourish and fulfill their career aspirations in a supportive environment.
